      There is a little difference between electric skillet and griddle. Electric skillet comes with 2.5 to 5-inch side and griddle with no or very low side. Skillet is the best option for cooking foods, sauce, lasagna, etc. where griddle is perfect for pancake, beacon, egg or waffles.
